What time should we get there?
We encourage you to arrive at least 15–20 minutes before the service begins. The parking lot can fill up quickly. If you’re new, our Welcome Team will be at the door to help you find where kids need to go and any other information you’re looking for. For the BEST experience- let us know you are coming! We'll have a host meet you in the lobby. As you drive up- turn on your hazard lights and we'll direct you to a reserved parking spot just for you!

What should I wear?
Feel free to wear whatever you’re comfortable in. Some people come in suits, others in jeans and a t-shirt. Most people dress casually.
