  1. Dark, modest clothing.

  2. Towels

  3. Change of clothing

GUIDELINES:

  • If filling out the form below, please fill one for each member of your family getting baptized.

  • Children must be 5 and up to be baptized.

  • There will be a meeting 45 minutes prior to service time for instructions.
